Welcome to Que Rico!

Our roots, our heritage, our culture & cuisine may hail from Cuba, but this foodie paradise known as New Orleans, is our home. We’re proud to share our culture and food with a city that is famous for accepting peoples and cultures from everywhere. Like the gumbo made famous here, all the people and cultures come together to make something new and amazing.

Check out our MENU, and stop by our location on Magazine Street, halfway between St Charles Ave and the river, in the heart of the Garden District. We’d love to welcome you to our little slice of Cuban culture.

Loved the atmosphere and the service. Jr seemed genuinely happy we were there. We stopped for a quick snack and coffee. The cafe con leche was exactly what I was craving. Thank you. The tamale was on point. It was delicious. Fresh & flavorful. (Just what authentic cuban food should taste like.) I can’t wait to come and feast!!

Excellent food! Very enjoyable time with my wife and our Cuban friends who recommended it. My wife and I ordered the special for the evening – it was two deep fried pork chops (hefty and flavorful). These were serious and we could only eat one each and took the other two home. The black beans and rice were delicious. Highly recommended and we will return (DV).

I had the sweet & spicy picadillo sandwich and my fiancé had the Cubano. Many compliments to the chef! The pork on the Cubano was so soft like it was cooked for hoouuurrsss, definitely took their time preparing all the worth it! The banana smoothie was so healthy tasting also Definitely my favorite Cuban spot now! We will be back MANY times after this.

We lived in South Florida and this place could survive there.

Great food! I enjoyed the yuca fries for an appetizer and for the main entree we had the ropa vieja plate and Cubano sandwich. I also had the Colada espresso which was very sweet and delicious

Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in New Orleans in far too long. Everything about this place is perfect.
